The “CEDRO REALE” Guest House is an Edoardo Scavo’s property; Edorado and his family wish you a nice stay. The house is really big (150 mq) and there you can find the peace and enjoy the relax. The apartment was completely rinnovated in 2019; there are 4 rooms, each one has its private bathroom – free wifi – tv – Netflix – single or double bed – desk – insulated walls and doors.

We do our job with professionality and we put lots of love in everything we do! That’s why we aks you to respect our home. We invite all of our guests to respect some rules, in the respect of us and other guests.

REGISTRATION

The guests have to show us an ID document (valid) for the check in; personal datas will be treated in compliance of privacy obligations.

PAYMENT

The guests have to pay the stay during the check – in; we accept cash or credit card payments. To avoid unpleasant inconveniences without payment it is not gonna be possible to stay in our rooms. We also need a credit card as garantee.

KEYS

To open the entrance door you need a number that we’ll give you with the keys of your room, during the chech in. If you lose the keys you’ll have to pay 100,00€, because we’ll have to change the lock.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

The check in time is from 2,00 PM to 7,00 PM while the check out is possible untile 10,30 AM of the day you leave. Any exeptions must be agreed in advance. Oor staff can keep your luggage but we need to agree the pick up time.

BREAKFAST

We offer an international breakfast in our Restaurant “Osteria Passami il Sale” in Via Andrea Mensa 37/B, close to the entrance of the “REGGIA DI VENARIA”; or you can have your breakfast in your room with some coffee or tea and some biscuits.

CLEANING

We clean the rooms every day, from 10 AM to 2 PM; we change the bed sheets every 3/4 days (not on Christmas, New Year Eve, Easter or the 15th of August).

If you need something special or you have some questions, ask directly to the staff.

NO SMOKING

Smoking is forbidden in the rooms or in the shared spaces (kitchen); it’s allowed in the terrace but you have to use the ashtray. In case of smoking in the rooms an amount of 100,00€ will be charged.

SILENCE

We ask to our costumers quiet and respect from 11 PM to 8 AM.

KITCHEN

Using the oven and cooking some food is not allowed; you can take some food from outside and eat it in the kitchen or use the fridge during your stay in our B&B; using the microwave is allowed but you have to clean everything when you finish if you use it.

SOMETHING ELSE…

In case of demage, a compensation will be required. We kindly remind you to turn off the lights, the air conditioning and the tv when you go out of the room. We decline all the responsabilities for any personal object of value left unattended. That’s why we remind you to remember to lock always the door. It’s forbidden to use any heater or electrical equipment in the room, if we are not informed about that. it’s not allowed to introduce people or host friends and relatives not regurarly registered.

ANIMALS

Animals are not allowed in the rooms, but in some cases we accept them and we can agree an extra payment; the owner of “ CEDRO REALE”, Mr. EDOARDO SCAVO declines all the responsabilities for any demage.

The guest house has four rooms; in each room there is:

• Private bathroom with: wc, bidet, sink, shower, mirror, phon, shampoo and air conditioning.
• Double or single bed
• Desk with chair
• Wardrobe
• Place for the luggage
• Tv with NETFLIX
• Free Wifi
